The central, quiet location of the apartment to the town center, restaurants and shops allows you a car-free stay.
Ski lift, cross-country ski run, beach volleyball court, playground, bike path, climbing park, lakes and an Icelandic horse stud are all nearby.

In summer we offer a large house in the garden with its own playground with a play tower, slide, swings and a trampoline which can be easily seen from the large panoramic terrace of the apartment.

Einfach und unkompliziert. Schöne große geräumige Ferienwohnung. Terrasse mit unverbauten Blick in die Berge. Toller Kinderfreundlicher Garten. Alles da. Wir hatten einen Wunderschönen Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Kleinarl. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter Robert hat für alles ein offenes Ohr. Für 8 Personen ist der Esstisch ist ein wenig knapp bemessen, laut Robert gibt es aber schon eine Idee für eine Vergrößerung. In der Garage gibt es die Möglichkeit seine Skistiefel zu trocknen und die Ski zu lagern. Die Skibushaltestelle ist ca. 150m entfernt. Wir hatten dennoch ein Skidepot im Intersport direkt an der Talstation. So konnten wir zu Fuss zum Lift gehen ohne die Abfahrtzeiten des Busses berücksichtigen zu müssen. FAZIT: Empfehlenswert!!!
