there was no fan, so we had to keep the windows open. if you have bad knees or any leg issues, the platform bed can be a problem.

Stylish and well-decorated appartment

Difficult communication with staff (needed to send ID, no acknowledgement of receipt) ; they sent reminder although I had sent the copy right away; Croix Rousse is not central vis à vis Vieux Lyon; lots of graffiti in street and on building; dull view; decrepit commons and ceiling

Good location and well presented but logistically challenging

location was terrific, was lovely and clean and looked like the photos online.

It was impossible to communicate with the operators. Due to flight changes I had to depart a full 24hrs early, Emails were never replied to, and the “Emergency Phone number” was disconnected. As an overseas traveller this was quite stressful.

Poor

We could check in at 16.00 hr, but when we arrived at 16.40 hr, the appartement had not been cleaned yet. The bed was slepped in by the previous guests. We tried to call the onwner a couple of times but there was no answer. At our emails there was no reply. Before 17.00 the cleaners came and we had to leave so they could clean. Until this day there has not been a reply or aplogy from the owner. Our conclusion is this is someone only interested in making money, but doesn't care about the service.

An ideal studio apartment to enjoy la Croix Rousse area of Lyon.

Very pleased with the whole experience and stay at the studio apartment. The 'check-in' experience was very easy, clear directions provided to pick up the key for the property and all was ready for my arrival. The flat had everything that I needed, it was well considered and well laid out. Though I didn't really use, the kitchen area was great and had everything I would have needed to cook and look after myself. I certainly made use of the Nespresso machine in the room. Excellent storage space available for my clothes and my luggage, which made it feel very homely. Along with the arm chairs to relax in, dining table to eat at, and of course a nice bed to chill and sleep in. The toilet and bathroom were nicely hidden behind some mirrors, which certainly made the room feel larger. The location of the apartment was just off the main boulevard of la Croix Rousse, which was ideal for me, as I had a friend living in the area, and it also meant I could easily access the street market that takes place on the boulevard. Easy access for fresh food etc. Way better than a super market :)

I really liked the location including the proximity to lots of shops and the metro. The studio was small but it had everything that was needed (apart from enough cutlery!).

Apartamento bien decorado, pero en lo demás basico

La decoración

No hay ningún contacto con personal que tampoco contestó a los mensajes. El teléfono que pone sale un contestador en francés que remite a otro número, si no sabes francés no te enteras. Nosotros pedimos ayuda a una persona de la zona para que fuera ella la que hablara. Es el típico apartamento bien reformado y decorado, pero luego ya está y el viajero, al menos nosotros, pensamos que hay que estar por el huésped de alguna forma y lo mínimo es responder los mensajes. Menaje deficiente, sin artículos básicos de limpieza, pedimos lavavajillas y una balleta y aún estoy esperando respuesta. También el barrio Croix Rouge es muy bonito pero para llegar en transporte público o subiendo muchas escaleras y cuesta.

Bel appartement. Le potentiel est là, il ne manque qu’un peu plus de soin.

Le logement est décoré avec goût, les matériaux sont de qualité, l’ensemble est à la fois fonctionnel et confortable.

Petit bémol concernant le ménage : frigo non vidé (restes de salade et de charcuterie), des traces de savon dans le porte-savon et de dentifrice dans le gobelet à brosse à dents, un peu de poussière au sol, un torchon tâché (bien que lavé), un tapis de bain troué et des lunettes de WC mal fixées. Dommage !

1. Ότι δεν απάντησαν ποτέ οι υπεύθυνοι στα μηνύματά μου. 5 ημέρες διαμονής και δεν ανταποκριθηκε ποτέ κανείς. Να μην αναφέρονται ώρες "reception" αν δεν απαντάνε σε μηνύματα και στο τηλέφωνο βγαίνει τηλεφωνητής. Δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ τι θα κάναμε αν αντιμετωπιζαμε κάποιο πολύ σοβαρό πρόβλημα και δεν βρίσκαμε πάλι κανέναν. 2. Η καθαριότητα περιορίστηκε στο μπάνιο. Στο υπολοιπο δωμάτιο τα τυπικά..Τα μαξιλάρια που ζητήσαμε έξτρα ήταν χωρίς μαξιλαροθηκες, το ταψί, κάποια ποτήρια και κάποια πιάτα ήταν βρώμικα και, κλασσικά, κάποια διακοσμητικά λευκά είδη επίσης δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρά.
