About this villa rental
Villa Katie is a Beautiful spacious 2 bed villa with an Electric Heated private pool. It is close to the beach / promenade and a short stroll to the Matagorda Centre with shops, bars and restaurants etc. Villa Katie has a full tv package with English TV, sports and movies. There is free wifi. The air con in the sitting room and master bedroom is on a coin meter. There is a fullly equipped kitchen with an American fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, oven, hob, dishwasher and airfryer, There are fantastic walks each direction to the airport or into Puerto Del Carmen.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, one of which is an Ensuite. It has a lovely outside covered terrace area for eating and a sunning area around the pool. It is located in a quiet area and is a short transfer from the airport.

There were a few issues with the air con and the freezer which were eventually sorted out. Overall the property was fine and fit our needs.

Villa Katie was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. The property is well maintained, clean, spacious and located within a short walk of shops, restaurants
playground and the beach. The ensuite bathroom has been newly refurbished and is lovely. The pool is great for adults and kids alike with a shallow stepped area. There is an outdoor dining area under cover and comfortable sun loungers provided too. Wifi is excellent and the double three pin socket was an unexpected treat! All kitchen essentials provided including a large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, washing machine and dish washer. Would highly recommend.

Audrey is very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We were able to check in early and check out late due to our flight times. The Villa is a decent size and pool area is ideal for kids. Had an amazing stay and will be booking again.

This is a lovely villa and has everything you could possibly want. Owner is lovely to deal with and any issues we had dealt with very quickly. However the noise from the airport is intrusive especially if like us you like lazing by the pool most days. Also the smell of aviation fuel is noticable. That said the number of flights varied day to day so some days we hardly noticed them. If you're out and about a lot this would be a perfect villa just not so good for us couch potatoes.
