Villa Moon

This property is exceptional. It’s by far the best Villa we have ever stayed at. Everything was of a high standard. The decor was beautiful and very homely. It was comfortable & cosy. All the fixtures and fittings were all high spec and you could tell that comfort was top of the agenda when this villa was designed and fitted out. The showers were basically wet rooms with 3+ settings. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Cooking on holiday in this villa didn’t feel like a chore as every mod con made it seem easy. There is a hot tub which really adds to the luxury feel. It’s so nice just to relax on a warm night as the sun goes down. This is a fantastic extra in this property that really adds something for your holiday. The host leaves a lovely selection of food and drink for you to use in case you forget something. We had all the essentials covered. Also there were good quality towels and shower gels & soap. We had a mid holiday refresh where everything was changed and topped up. The people came in and were polite and really good. They changed bedding & towels without fuss and just added a nice freshness for the rest of the holiday. Finally I would like to add that the communication I had with the hosts was first class. No question was too small and they checked in at times to make sure all was well. It seemed as though that everything was geared to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for a place to stay you need look no further than Villa Moon. You will receive a 5 star service from start to finish and you will not be disappointed with your stay at all. My family had a wonderful time and will definitely look to this place if we ever visit Lanzarote in the future. The property is beautiful, clean and it has a great location. It was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and we hope to return.

Overall the property is a 10/10. There were some minor plumbing issues but when we let the property management know they resolved it ASAP by sending a plumber.

Villa Moon was absolutely great. You can really tell that a lot of time and care went into designing the villa. The lighting throughout the property was excellent and created a very pleasant atmosphere. The swimming pool was amazing and the jacuzzi was also very enjoyable. Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with a television, which was a nice extra. The villa has two luxurious bathrooms, both finished to a high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Most of all, the hostess, Mohita, was fantastic , very kind, attentive, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Villa Moon.
