It consists of 2 large contiguous apartments Arpitan 1 and 2 both with fireplace, large living rooms and fully equipped kitchens. Arpitan 2 has 8 beds, a huge Bay window 4 m with breathtaking views. Large balcony facing west (sunset) and facing south on the garden.

The chalet is nestled at the bottom of a quiet impasse at the edge of the forest at 1. 5 km from the ski slopes and the village of Carroz. There are also many activities for non-skiers winter and summer: ski touring, snowshoeing, rafting, sledging, paragliding, mountain biking, water park, wellness, canyoning etc.
It is also an ideal starting point to visit the region in summer: Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix etc.
