About this chalet rental
Beautiful mountain chalet, contemporary spirit, beautiful living space, fully equipped and thought for your comfort in a warm atmosphere to spend good moments with family or friends during the 4 seasons. This chalet was designed by a wood lover and an interior decorating enthusiast. We wanted to give an atmosphere and a soul to this place for you to feel in a unique place during your stay.

The space
Outdoors: large sheltered terrace with family table. Garden lounge with sofa, armchairs and a jacuzzi that you can uncover thanks to a removable terrace. Plancha powered by city gas, sun-beds.
Ground-floor: main entrance hall, access to the ski - room and laundry area: drying rack, washing machine, tumble dryer, washing powder first-aid kit, in addition to heat and cold pads for your well-being.
Kitchen: gas piano, very large oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker Nespresso, citrus press, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, central bar with SONOS ( access to the outdoor terrasse)
This whole part is sunny from morning to sunset with large bay windows.
Access to snooker area, then dining area (large family table for 12 people) and large sitting-room with a large TV screen, very nice friendly fireplace (wood provided free of charge)
Master bedroom with a 160X200 bed and a suite bathroom: balneotherapy bathtub, double washbasin, shower, and a toilet, adjoining dressing room.
A guest toilet
1 double bedroom (2 beds 90X200) with closet, and a suite shower room.
1st floor: a wooden staircase leads to the first floor.
1st bedroom: (Two 90X190 beds possibility to join the 2 beds to get a 180X190 bed) with closet and guest toilet.
2nd double bedroom (bed 140X200) adjoining dressing room with access to a wooden balcony.
At the end of the hallway, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a cot.
3rd bedroom: 1 double bed (bed 140X200) 1 bed for 2 people (120X140) and 1 single bed (90X190)
Possibility to have a baby folding bed with a good quality mattress and high chair (freely provided on demand).

on your arrival, very high quality beds are made, bath towels, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower products, toilet milk) hairdryer in each bathroom and slippers.

* How to access the center of the resort and the slopes
On foot from the chalet: lit pedestrian path where you can access the Carroz center in 10 minutes, but also access to the “vital path” and “health path”.
In front of the chalet you have a mini-supermarket. From the chalet you can go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or on foot.
By bus: departure of the shuttles to theCarroz center or to the slopes in front of the chalet (free service) - Time: 5 minutes
By car: free parking in the Carroz cable-cars car park from where you can access to the Massif and Grand Massif ski area. Time: 5 mins

Les Carroz “authentic resort in the heart of the Alps” ski area linked to the XXL area of the Grand Massif, the 5th largest ski area in Europe, 146 slopes and 67 ski lifts, 5 resorts: Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt …. 264 km of slopes.
Discover new and unique experiences: in sledding, dog sledding, snowshoeing, ice quad tours or by car.
But also snowmobiling, skating rink, Aquacîme, the outdoor swimming pool and wellness center, sledding on rails, fatbike, cross-country skiing, paragliding, helicopter and hot air ballooning.
During the winter season various activities are offered by the Tourist Office and the ski school.
During the summer season, the location of the chalet is ideal for visiting Geneva region, Thonon les Bains and the Leman Lake, Annecy and its lake, Megève and Chamonix.
Right outside the chalet departure for various hikes = 200 kms
Possibility of mountain biking and electric mountain biking, mountain lake for fishing, golf of Flaine / Les Carroz, outdoor swimming pool and wellness center “Aquacîme”, paragliding, bike park, mountaincart, white water sports, climbing, trail, leisure park Mont-Favy, Kédeuze cable car….
