Ample private parking, proximity to the Grand Massif ski area and the Nordic Center, and the pretty village of Les Carroz d'Arâches offer a delightful balance of comfort and practicality, perfect for an unforgettable vacation.
The chalet has 5 bedrooms with electric shutters, 5 en-suite bathrooms, including 2 with Italian style showers, and a studio apartment that can be rented separately.
It offers comfortable and bright open plan living spaces with large windows opening onto sunny west-facing balconies (mountain views and sunsets). Relax by the fireplace, in front of the large smart TV, or enjoy the elevated mountain views outside. Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet.
There are two fully equipped kitchens: induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, citrus press, dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, and washing machine.
The quiet bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, are composed as follows:
• 3 family rooms for 4 people
• 1 bedroom for 3 people
• 1 master suite
• 1 double wall (Murphy) bed in the living room
Apart from the wall bed, all other beds can be combined to form a double bed for 2 people or separated for groups of friends/colleagues. Large 2-meter beds with quality bedding. Two travel cots and three high chairs are available.
Parking: 4-6 spaces, 1 covered space and 1 locked garage (car, bicycle, motorcycle).
Heated ski room (clothes and equipment) on the ground floor.
Only 1 hour from Geneva airport, 2 hours from Lyon.
Upon arrival, we will welcome you and introduce you to the area and the region. From the chalet, you can head out to the village on snowshoes or on foot.
According to your wishes before and during your stay, we can guide you and give you our top tips for a successful stay. We will also be there upon your departure.
The chalet is ideal for skiers and non-skiers alike, as it is located between the Grand Massif ski area (265 km of slopes in Flaine, Samoens, Les Carroz d'Araches, Sixt Fer à Cheval), which enjoys excellent snow conditions all winter, and the Agy Nordic Center. The free shuttle (line B&C) stops 300 m from the chalet in winter. Large free parking lots with 2 x 500 spaces at the Carroz 1200 or 1500 gondola lifts, providing access to the Grand Massif slopes. Most mountain activities (winter and summer) are available nearby. It's also an ideal starting point for enjoying the mountains, the fresh air, and visiting the region in summer: Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix, etc.
During the winter season, various activities are offered by the Tourist Office and the ski school.
For short stays in the off-season (spring and fall), the minimum stay is two nights to cover the fixed costs associated with each rental.
In addition, it's possible to rent a comfortable studio for two people, fully equipped to accommodate a total of 21 people.
Cars with snow equipment are now mandatory in winter.
NO pets. Please do not request an exception for your pet (even small, friendly, etc.), as this will not be possible.
