It was a comfortable, cosy stay in tranquil surroundings.

The chalet is located in a lovely peaceful area and very pretty. The apartment was perfect for two and really well kitted out. Pauline was so warm and helpful. It’s a little bit of a walk to the centre of Les Carroz but a pleasant tree lined route and we enjoyed the warm up before skiing. The ski bus is available for those who prefer a lift!

Very nice Chalet, cosy, spacious and modern decoration, appliances and furniture! Pauline is an excellent host and ensured everything went on super well! No complains whatsoever.

Magnificent stay, deluxe studio!

Very nice and modern studio with fully equipped kitchen and living. Because the location was a little more remote, we haven’t had any dealing with busy roads or touristy city centers, and we felt comfortable as well during the November lockdown in France. Pauline is a very hospitable host, helping us with restaurant reservations and planning our day trips. We’d surely recommend to stay here!

Liked the chalet style property and it was in a nice location not too far from the centre.

we booked a large one bedroom apartment. When in fact it was a small studio apartment with a bed settee. Saying that it was cozy, and had lovely views. Another point to consider is the extra costs,It’s the first time I’ve ever stayed anywhere where you have to pay extra for bedding and also have to clean the property otherwise you have to pay cleaning costs as well. I think perhaps these are just teething problems as it is a new property just starting out and maybe with a bit more feedback these things will be included in the costs .The owner Pauline is very helpful, and did in-fact only charge us €25 for bedding rather than €50 There is two larger apartments in the property with wonderful views, and good for larger groups.

Wonderful considerate host, fabulous apartment in a quiet location with good views , great skiing

We stayed in Arpitan 2 which is a beautiful apartment with high quality furnishings, bathrooms, sauna and terrace with views. Owner Pauline is a superb host, a lovely lady , eager to ensure our stay was perfect and very helpful with everything from local knowledge, booking restaurants, food for meal on arrival etc.

Not having bed linen and towels included. There is an additional cost for these necessary items.

Séjour au top

Nous avons loué le studio au rez de chaussée. Nous étions au calme mais les autres appartements n’étaient pas occupés donc idéal pour nous La vue est splendide, dégagée, le cadre reposant. Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit mais le studio est très bien équipé et entretenu, très propre et confortable. Pauline est venue nous accueillir malgré le fait qu’elle était souffrante. Nous avons apprécié ses conseils de balades et le temps qu’elle a passé avec nous. Habitant Annecy nous pourrions y revenir aussi en été avec des amis et louer les autres appartements.
