This old farmhouse of 200m² dating from 1832 will seduce you with its beautiful renovated spaces on 3 levels.
Located in a quiet area 2 kms from the center of the resort and facing south, it offers a sleeping capacity of 12 people with its 5 bedrooms. View of a south-facing garden and the Pointe d'Areu. This chalet is available on La Centrale lescarroz. Ski bus stop at 700m, ski locker with boot heating at the foot of the gondola. Possibility in winter of sledging in a sloping part of the garden
On the first floor:
a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room (4 gas hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, traditional coffee maker and Nespresso, raclette and fondue machines...), overlooking the garden
a bathroom with double sink unit, shower, heated towel rail and hair dryer
a separate toilet

an entrance with a functional wood stove
