The flat is simply great and it felt like home from the very first day. It's modern, nicely decorated and has all the amenities you may need even during a long-term stay, including a dishwasher and wash dryer. It gets a lot of daylight and has a speedy WiFi connection. The customer service was superb, too. I got lots of support from Christina, she was responsive, always friendly and happy to help. When I reported a technical issue in the flat, she organised to have it fixed within less than 24 hrs. I couldn't recommend more. I hope to rent the flat again when I'm back in Las Palmas.
I'd appreciate having two sets of keys instead of just one.
