Buena ubicación (muy cerca de la playa de las canteras). Tenia lo necesario, está bien equipado para pasar una semana dos personas. El precio era bueno (nos salió por 400€ 6 dias), pero no pagaríamos mucho más.
Habia pequeñas hormigas en la cocina y baño. No fueron un problema pero teníamos miedo de que fuesen a la comida. Faltaban cosas básicas como sal, azúcar o gel de baño. También hubiéramos agradecido persianas para que no entrase tanta luz al salón-dormitorio.

Zona centrale per scendere a piedi a due minuti dal lungomare. Casa comoda, non mancava nulla. La presenza della lavatrice è molto utile. Doccia bella larga e terrazzino bello per una colazione all'aperto.
Il letto comodo. Per una coppia è la soluzione adatta. Dari grazie di tutto!
Se ci fosse stato il climatizzatore sarebbe stato tutto perfetto. Qualche sera abbiamo dovuto chiudere la finestra per gli odori dei ristoranti sotto. Il ventilatore comodo, ma non bastava a casa chiusa. Però è un di più che potrebbe rendere 10.

Great apartment for a stay in Las Palmas! Excellent location right by Las Canteras — just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful beach, with plenty of restaurants, fresh seafood and attractions all around. The place was clean, well-kept and very comfortable. On top of that, great and hassle-free contact with the owner. Everything within walking distance, and an easy bus ride to the airport. We'd come back without hesitation — highly recommended!

Comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained. Communication with Dario was exceptional. The apartment was perfect for 2 with clean comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom with toiletries. The kitchen was clean and compact with everything for a holiday stay including condiments, coffee and wash facilities for the washing machine and sink (a great plus). Supermarkets within walking distance. Main bus station from the airport was a 10 minute walk to the property.
The side street could get noisy later on at night. Take earplugs to avoid disturbed sleep.
