Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay)
The apartment has a great location (4 min to the beach by feet), it’s clean, living room is bright. Communication with the host was very easy and pleasant. Thanks him for always being available.
There are a few small things that could be improved: the shower hose and some bathroom details are quite rusty, and the boiler only allows for one quick shower, which can be challenging for 2–3 guests. But we already discussed it with the host and he will change it. Also, there was quite loud construction noise on weekdays from 8 am.

Really good location and the apartment was nice.
The host was very helpful. Very close to beach, shops, restaurants. Had everything we needed for a stay, well equipped.
The bed wasn't too comfortable. The hot water was enough only for one person and you had to wait 20 min to heat up again.
