広くて、大体の物が揃っていた。他の人の目を気にする事なく過ごせた。駐車スペースが広く、海から帰ったらそのまま荷物を下ろして広げて干すことができた。
掃除が隅々まで行き届いていない感じがした。 隅の埃や、テーブルがベタついたりしていた。 外のホースが壊れていたが、連絡したらすぐに治してくれた。
