Schicke Villen mit viel Platz. Großer Pool, es gab praktisch immer freie Liegen. Sehr nah am Strand, Getränkeautomat, und extrem hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum und 2 vollwertige Bäder. Alles funktionierte. Es werden zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.
Die Außenanlagen unmittelbar am Pool und Richtung Straße sind top gepflegt, aber zum Strand lieblos gestaltet- neben dem Weg wird z. B. Der Grünschnitt entsorgt. Es gab nur bis 9:00 Frühstück, das aber immer lecker war. Die Anlage ist 40 Minuten vom Ort entfernt und man kann nur an einzelnen Tagen in der Nähe essen (nur Barzahlung), ein Auto ist Pflicht. Der Strand ist nicht bewirtschaftet und wird nicht gereinigt, es gibt aber 4 Liegen.

房間乾淨、舒適，設備非常齊全、空間又大。
早餐是每個人一份，飯店準備好，營養滿分💯。
飯店每個人員都很nice、也很親切。
已經等不及想再去渡假了。😂😂😂
唯一美中不足的是廚房的抹布不吸水，所以在下廚過後要清理廚房時，會有點不方便。不過並不影響整體住宿品質。😌😌😌

・プールとビーチ両方楽しめる
・室内が広々してて、キッチンや洗濯機等生活に必要な物も揃っていて連泊するのに良かった
・シャワーのみとバスタブ付きのお風呂と2つあるのが複数人で宿泊しても重ならずに済んだ
・ベッドのシーツのおかげが、寝心地が良かった
・朝食の量や内容（サラダ、スープ、パン、タンパク質、ヨーグルト、フリードリンク）が丁度良かったし、美味しかった
・たまたま宿泊期間中、外国人観光客しかいなかったが、静かでのんびりできた
・わかっていたことですが、石垣市内（繁華街）から離れていた（車で35分ちょいかかる）

We had a wonderful family stay here! Seaside Village 13 is a lovely small hotel with individual houses, spotlessly clean in true Japanese style, and run by incredibly friendly and welcoming people. Everyone was extremely helpful and always there whenever we needed anything. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and had a fantastic family time.
One practical tip: make sure to have a rental car, as the location is quite remote and a car makes exploring the island much easier. Also, arrange your international driving permit before coming to Ishigaki – it is not possible to get one on the island.
