    Positive: A very nice hotel, nice lobby, facilities, food outlets and pool/beach area. The beach ia big enough and their pools are comfortable enough so we never felt that it was fully packed. Both restaurants for breakfast are very complete and have enough options for everyone. Negative: as a foreigner we struggle with communications. Reception staff speaks limited english as well as most of them which was frustrating at times. We do understand we are visiting a non english speaking country but we were not expecting this in an international hotel.

    We loved the stay. Two breakfast options, big aqua pool area, access to Fusaki beach, plus friendly staff from front desk to room cleaning (never failed greeting the guests)!

    Nice property with spacious and comfortable room Great offer in terms that of facilities esp the baths and sauna The gym is basic and small, could be improved Biggest gap is the breakfast. There is almost no international / western offer, even the international buffet doesn’t have much international food Lack of dairy alternatives (no option to make a soy or oat milk capuccino)
