The location felt very safe for a solo woman traveler. Staff was friendly, other guests also friendly and respectful. They switched my room prior to checking in so wasn’t in such a busy area (keep the rooms more empty for everybody) which I really appreciated. The outdoor area in the back is nice to sit in. Staff is attentive to peoples needs.
There’s not many outlet options in the bedroom. When sleeping in the top bunk I had to charge my phone on the floor. It felt a bit risky so I only charged my phone while awake (or in the kitchen). I wish there were permanent extension cords provided that ran up the bed frame to the top bunks!

Muy amable el personal de recepción, me recibieron y explicaron bien todo, además me dieron un teléfono por si necesitaba algo mientras no esté. No hay llaves ni tarjetas de acceso, te dan claves numéricas para las puertas. Te dan toalla.
Las camas no tienen cortinas y son de madera muy ruidosa. Hay 1 sólo baño/ducha en la zona de habitaciones y 1 en el living. No hay jabón/shampoo en la ducha. La zona es tranquila pero muy desolada y alejada de la avenida principal lo que da cierta inseguridad a la noche pero bueno no depende de ellos.
