Space in well located renovated building central to downtown. The lobby was a little untidy, which for a first impression created some concern but the suite and the rest of the Hotel’s facility were clean, large and great value. I will certainly stay there again.

Nice self contained unit in downtown Detroit. Unfortunately it's right next to a dodgy market shop and bus stops where some of the umm colourful locals hang out. It would behoove the hotel to try to get police/security to have more of a presence there by the hotel There is no parking on site. If you arrive early like I did and bring you luggage from the nearby parking lots (who wants to leave them in the car right?) and check in before their 4pm time BE AWARE $50 to check in before 4pm. And if you want to leave bags to wander around until then.... $15/bag. Yup $15 for EACH bag... I'm sorry but that's a bit rich The ac in my room didn't work and unknown if they actually had someone look into it after I reported it to front desk Another minus is the with l weird tv setup, apparently only Roku....
