About this house rental
Beautiful 900 square foot cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Panoramic view of Lake Michigan is breathtaking. Clean updated interior. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has bunk beds. The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. You will enjoy the spacious living/kitchen/dining area. Flat screen TVs are in the living room and master bedroom. The cottage is in a private association so there is plenty of privacy. It has a newer LP gas furnace for cool nights if needed. There is usually a nice cool breeze off of Lake Michigan for your comfort. But large fans are provided in each bedroom if needed. Two kayaks are provided.
The cottage is on a small bluff overlooking Lake Michigan.There is access to the Lake down a flight of stairs (about 35 steps). However, due to high Lake water levels again this year, entering the water from them should not be attempted at this time. Due to slippery rocks and the unpredictability of Lake Michigan currents, YOU ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK AND CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION IS PROHIBITED. There are several places to swim and kayak close by. The kitchen is clean, convenient and has all of the utensils, plates, pots, and cookware you will need for your comfort. Bedding and towels are provided as well. There is parking for two vehicles (three, if you squeeze tightly). The cottage is located just 5 minutes from recreational Silver Lake and 15 minutes from quaint Pentwater Village. A great family vacation place.

Host was friendly and responsive. Access was easy. Everything worked. Beds and linens were good. Furniture was comfortable. View was awesome from the house/living room. A minor thing was no TV signal. Would recommend to friends.

Excellent location for a relaxing trip with friends. Phenomenal lake views and so peaceful and quiet in mid October. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips.

The house was so cute! Loved the decor. The bedrooms were small but had everything we needed. The view from the living room was beautiful. We had three aduts (sisters) staying there and all of us were completely satisfied. I ptlicked a perfect place for our get away!

First no internet connection and the phone signal is terrible. No laundry to wash your gear. Dishwasher not working properly. The mattress in the master bedroom is not comfortable at all. The grill is filthy. The sink water is smell bad. Other than that is good location.
