Location was amazing Staff (via messaging) were responsive and helpful Clean room Convenient for train station and tour pick ups
Room was hot (air conditioning was not efficient) but Naples were having a heatwave at the time, Stairs up were ok for us - more signage inside to direct to correct floor upon arrival would help. More information prior to arrival about arrangements and location would help

When we first arrived we were shocked. On the second day we liked it. The last day we loved it. The atmosphere of the neighborhood was amazing. The people were amazing and so alive. Naples overall was amazing. One advice just go with the flow you will love it.
