About this apartment rental
The accommodation is located in the heights of Saint Leu at 300m above sea level. The town and the beaches of Saint Leu are 15 minutes by car.
It is a 2-room apartment on the ground floor of our house, comprising 1 bedroom and 1 living room (the 2 rooms are bright and give direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool), 1 equipped summer kitchen ( Fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine) open on the terrace, 1 bathroom with WC. Ideal for a couple or a person traveling alone.
Large terrace, BBQ, private swimming pool are at your disposal.
The accommodation is completely independent and has its own private entrance.
Sheets, tea towels and hand towels are provided.
We have free parking spaces nearby.
Watch the sunset by the pool, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation after a busy day.
We do not accept pets in the accommodation.

The landlords are very friendly and helpful.The apartment and the terrace are very nice and west facing so you can see the sea. The terrace with pool are very nicely planted.There are plenty of parking spaces available.The outdoor kitchen is sheltered from the wind and therefore there are no odors when cooking in the apartment.The outdoor bathroom is spacious and cannot be seen by anyone. The apartment has its own entrance from the street.Thank you Felana and Phillipe for the lovely stay.If we come back to the island, we will stay here again.

Bon accueil de Félana dans cette jolie demeure très propre et décorée avec goût. Très bien équipée. Il fait bon s'y reposer après une journée de balade. Dans les hauteurs de Saint-Leu au calme, et vue sur la mer. Attention route sinueuse. Mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture diesel.

Logement très joli, propriétaires disponibles. Cependant, nous n'avions pas réalisé qu'il était aussi loin du centre ville accessible par une montée de 5 km en colimaçon raide.
