Fully equipped chalet 3 minutes drive from the town centre and beaches of Saint-Leu, ideal location for visiting the island. 15 minutes from the motorway.
2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds 140cm, large living room, integrated kitchen, bathroom, shower, veranda to the west, to enjoy the sunsets over the ocean and the passage of whales in season. Fully equipped (air-conditioned, television, dvd player, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, barbecue) small private garden, clean sheets and linen provided, has an extra bed with single bed. Located in a quiet and residential area.
*The access to the property is sloping but easy to access, a 20 metre staircase leads from the private parking area to the entrance of the chalet.
