About this house rental
I inform you that a swimming pool is at your disposal exclusively.
The entrance to the rental is at 33 Chemin des Rosiers at the Fontaine St Leu, through a blue gate.
With an exceptional living area of 120m2, in a garden of 1500m2, you will take an alley flowered with hibiscus and planted with lychees, banana trees, mango trees, guava trees, star fruit, jackfruit, mandarin tree, orange tree, lemon trees... for a hundred meters and will find parking and rental. Remember to turn off the air conditioning of the vehicle and stay in 1st grade to take the path.

The construction has a breathtaking 180° view of the Indian Ocean and the magnificent lagoon of St Leu. The House is located 3km from the seaside, at an altitude of 300 m, where the temperature is ideal all year round with a light breeze marine.Je specifies that there is only one rental. A covered terrace of 20m2 facing the sea adjoins your living room. It will allow you to relax in peace. A second terrace of 50m2 borders the swimming pool.
The rental is composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms, an extra bed
in an adjacent room, a cot and a large living room with panoramic views of the green garden.
The deposit of €500 per cheque is not cashed. You can dispense with cleaning on the day of departure for an amount of €50.
The check-in time is set for noon and the check-out time is set for 9:45 am.
Scuba diving equipment is available as well as working poles. The austral winter (period from June to September) gives us the charms of whales two hundred meters from the coast visible from the terrace which delight holidaymakers. Come and see them.
Recently, the highest jumping spot on the island (120m) is located one km from the rental...

My family and me had a wonderful stay at Michel and Mary Janes House. The pool, the sunsets and the lookout towards the sea is just beautiful. We had also the opportunity to spot wales right from the cozy terrace. Wonderful!

Séjour agréable, par contre, est ce nous qui n’avons pas compris mais contrairement à l’annonce nous n’avons pas profitez de la terrasse de 120m2 et de ses transats ,n’avons pas trouvé le barbecue dans le jardin. Une terrasse de 30m2 a été construite pour les visiteurs, si c’est les nouvelles disponibilités, l’annonce est peut-être à revoir.

Maison spacieuse , hyper lumineuse avec de grandes baies qui s’ouvrent sur l’océan indien ce qui donne une vue magnifique .
Une très grande terrasse( que nous avons peu utilisée), avec bains de soleil, nous est réservée . La maison est très bien équipée et au delà des standards et attentes .
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et dotés de plein d’attentions à notre égard .
Parmi toutes nos locations via Abritel ou d’autres sites, celle ci mérite un max d’étoiles et nous la recommandons chaudement .
Un grand merci aux très gentils propriétaires pour leur accueil
