The holiday home, built in 2011, is in a quiet location directly by the sea about 50 metres away and has a wonderful view of the sea.
The beach is pebble - fine gravel in the immediate vicinity there are various opportunities to be active in the water such as: Jet - and water ski, banana, boat hire and much more.
The 3 flats have a fully equipped kitchen, 2 rooms (2 separate bedrooms), 1 room (1 separate bedroom) living and dining room, bathrooms each with a shower.
Kitchens with fridge and freezer.
The flats also have air conditioning and heating (10 hours incl./day)
Garden terrace, balconies and roof terrace are also available.
Bed linen is provided. Car parking spaces are available.
The general barbecue area is in the immediate vicinity.

Description of the place: Nemira is a village between Omis and Makarska, 3 kilometres to the south, with several very beautiful and large pebble beaches with pine trees under which you will find shady spots for snorkelling and swimming in the crystal clear water. The village is situated below the main coastal road, so you are far enough away from the heavy traffic when walking or going to the beach, making it an ideal holiday destination for the whole family. In the village itself you will find various restaurants and a few coffee bars for your physical well-being. On the way to the beach you will pass a tourist office where you can get all kinds of information. The special thing about Nemira is that it is possible to walk, jog or run along the sea all the way to Omis. In the surrounding area there are various sports possibilities such as surfing, diving, sailing, snorkelling, hiking, rafting etc. Many excursions are offered from here (Brac, Hvar, Dubrovnik, Medjugorje, Split, Makarska, Krka waterfalls.) We have comfortable pebble beaches with very clear and clean water. Suitable for children as some of the beaches slope gently step by step from shallow to deep sea. The sea is very clean as there has never been any industry in the immediate vicinity. In the village you will find restaurants, small markets with fresh fruits, vegetables and daily fresh fish which are on the menu in the restaurants. There is the possibility to rent a boat with which you can make a marvellous day trip to the surrounding bays or to the islands on your own.
