Mario and his family are great and very welcoming hosts. They did a lot of support for us. The apartments are ok, a bit old, but the bathroom was renovated, which is good. The kitchen is well equipped with everything for cooking, but we did not cook much as there are 2 good restaurants nearby. We were happy with the location, as despite you need to take the stairs to get to the sea but the beaches are awesome and the water was very clean.
I would suggest improving the cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwasher etc. Air conditioning is only in the kitchen-livingroom and it takes time to cool the bedrooms. One bedroom is really small and it is quite hot there.
