About this apartment rental

Villa Maria is a structure designed to offer holidaymakers quality stays in total relaxation in independent and fully equipped apartments. The property is located in a strategic position just a few minutes drive from the historic center of Anghiari, surrounded by the magnificent rural landscape of Valsovara. Holiday Apartment Villa Maria is part of a small ancient rural village located on top of a hill overlooking the surrounding valley. The property has a large and well-kept garden, infinity edge pool, outdoor jacuzzi, BBQ, children's playground, private parking. Animals are welcome.
The FABRIZIA apartment is perfect for 2 people and consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with hydromassage shower and living room with well-equipped kitchenette, dining table, sofa and TV. Located on the ground floor. Private outdoor table.
Among the services offered, in addition to the beautiful surroundings: reception for reception, customers outdoor parking reserved for guests, swimming pool with sun loungers and sunbathing area, pool towels, Jacuzzi tub, hammock for outdoor relaxation, barbecue, bicycles for trekking and excursions, free use of laundry with dryer, weekly cleaning and change of linen (optional daily cleaning and change of linen), cot and high chair for children, advice for tourist itineraries and booking local activities.
