About this villa rental
Casa Emily is an independent rural village immersed in the wonderful Tuscan landscape , in the Valtiberina Valley, only 2 Km from the medieval town of Anghiari, chosen as “One of the most beautiful town in Italy” and famous for the Leonardo Da Vinci’s lost fresco “La battaglia di Anghiari”.
The farm holiday is family managed and The spot is perfect for those who love nature and privacy.
A keeper lives inside the property, he totally respects your privacy and he is available in case of need.
Casa Emily ( 110 square feet ) composes of one- bedroom apartament with kitchenette and private bathroom on ground floor, with independent entrance, close to the main entrance of the house. All the other rooms are built on first floor: a kitchen with stove, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, a second double bedroom , a bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 single beds . The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer , dishwasher (in one kitchen ), cattle and coffee machine.
In the nearby we find Monterchi where the famous masterpiece of Piero della Francesca “ La Madonna del parto”can be found, Caprese Michelangelo where the great Michelangelo Buonarroti was born, Sansepolcro and Città di Castello. Not so far , Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi.
Distances: Arezzo 24 km , Sansepolcro 8 km , Perugia 65 km, Sant’Egidio Airport 60 km ,
Cortona 35 km , Firenze 80 km , Roma Fiumicino Airport 240 km.

il posto è bello, tranquillo, ti consente la possibilità sia di rilassarti e fare passeggiate immerso nella natura che di visitare piccoli Borghi ( Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Citerna...) a una manciata di minuti da lì.

Bellissima casa non lontana della bellissima città medievale di Anghiari dove si possono fare le spese e dove si puo mangiare in un atmosfera speciale. Si puo andare a Arezzo e a molti altri posti molto interessanti nella regione come Sansepolcro, Siena, Lago di Trasimeno, Corona, Assisi, La Verna, Camaldoli. Si puo scoprire l'arte di Piero della Francesca e la natura della regione è impressionante e bellissima.
Emily è gentillissima e aiuta ai i suoi ospiti in tutto. Grazie a lei e a la sua bella casa abbiamo passato settimane bellissime nella sua casa e nella Toskana. Tutto è pulito e di buona qualità. Speriamo di tornare.

Esta casa ha sido todo un acierto a la hora de disfrutar en grupo de la maravillosa región de La Toscana italiana. La propietaria, Emilia, es sumamente amable y nos ha proporcionado cualquier cosa que necesitaramos durante nuestra estancia. Emilia y Remo nos obsequiaron con fruta y una botella de vino y otra de cerveza a nuestra llegada. Además, habiendo visto que uno de nosotros cumplía años en la fecha en la que estábamos, nos volvieron a sorprender dejando otro regalito.
La casa está muy bien equipada. Es enorme y cómoda. Faltan algunos detalles de la vida moderna tales como televisor y microondas, pero no lo hemos echado en falta.
Los alrededores son preciosos y tranquilos Llegamos incluso a ver cervatillos y jabalíes, además de los animales que tienen en la granja como Kenia, la perra, y los gatos, que han hecho las delicias de todos.
La casa quedaba un poco alejada de los núcleos principales que queríamos visitar, como dos horas en coche, a veces incluso más por el trafico Pero todo compensabs con creces el tiempo de coche cuando volviamos y disfrutábamos del magnifico jardín. Era como volver a un oasis después de un día de ajetreo turístico y llegábamos con ganas.
Ha merecido la pena, tanto por la casa, suficientemente cómoda para ocho personas, como por la propietaria y los amigos y familiares que nos han atendido.
Gracias por todo Emilia, Remo y todos los demás cuyo nombre no conocimos.
