    Hotel location is ideal, next to bus stop. Only 12 mins from airport. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was cleaned daily unlike other hotels in Korea. Complimentary water bottles were provided daily. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was lighting in room. It was very low and dull.

    I made a booking on the same day I arrived, as I left the hotel I booked at first, due to bad service, and just below expectations. Afterwards a good thing. At the Maxx Jeju, they were super friendly, and very helpful. They even had a place to store my luggage as I was too early for check in, and let me in to the lounge while I waited. The room was more than big enough, and very clean, and so was the bathroom, bottled water was more than enough available. The breakfast was really nice, with enough choices. The Maxx Jeju is situated in the central part, close to restaurants and shops. And close to the pick up places of the tour agents. Would I go back when in Jeju? Definitely. Very good price/quality hotel.

    The hotel is near the shopping areas and the hotel room is nice and big for 2 persons. There’s a big grocery across the hotel. Highly recommended while staying in visiting Jeju.

    Aircon is noisy and lighting is not good . Furniture is old . Room facility is bad . Location is good , staff is nice .
