7 The Priory

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable. The views were gorgeous and hard to leave behind. Well equipped, spacious and definitely a place to come back to.

Couldn't find how to switch on the shower for two days as didn't see the switch up high on the wall. Having to leave, wish I could have stayed longer.

there wasn't any Wifi. My husband ran out of his monthly quota on his phone, as did my sister. She paid extra to be able to continue using her phone. My husband could not use his laptop and was very angry about it. The main double bed mattress was so soft that when one of us moved, for the other it was like being on a trampoline. Far too soft.

This beautiful, well equipped apartment, was our wonderful home for 4 nights. We spent more time here than planned, because of the exceptional balcony view, gardens, general surroundings and the homely comfort the apartment afforded; it was also beautifully clean. It was a great location to explore the island and had everything we could need. We enjoyed listening to the birdsong. The Priory is sympathetically converted while using some of the beautiful original features. We were concerned that our 92 year old mum was going to struggle with our first floor apartment without a lift, but the original 'easy rise' stairs were not only elegant but totally manageable ( for all of us) 😄. My mum says she couldn't have had a better holiday. Thank you.

The bathroom, although well equipped, was unnecessarily cramped due to the bath and would surely benefit from being replaced by a walk in shower at one end instead. Also, on occasion, there was an unfortunate drain odour outside.

Fantastic views,beautiful area and weather was lovely

Bed was a little hard and uncomfortable but daughter said her's was ok
