Super luxurious spacious well equipped and perfectly located

The location was perfect. A stones throw from the centre of Shanklin 200yards from the number 3 bus route but in a lovely peaceful location amongst residential properties. I could sit in bed and look at the cliffs of Culver Down with my morning cuppa - an extra bonus. When there was a problem with outside lights Adam (landlord) fixed immediately. Very well maintained, perfectly located apartments. I will definitely stay here again on another visit to the IOW. Thank you for a lovely break

Perfect location to explore the IOW

The company was very helpful when I needed to change my booking. The communication was excellent and easy to follow all instructions. The property was more spacious than it looked on photo's. Bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and well equipped. The fridge size was perfect!!

Excellent

Most spacious place I've stayed in. It was top quality a whole lot of space for the kids enjoyed every bit of the stay. Is located in a good and peaceful neighbourhood and the bus stop is really close by allowing easier travells by bus and it was truly a home away from home.

Absolutely amazing apartment and great holiday agents too

Really appreciated that someone from Shanklin Holiday Homes met me to hand over the keys. He also wanted to pre-check the cleanliness of apartment before I entered. Extra special was welcome card when I entered.

Early April Visit to Shanklin

Very clean facilities and furnished to highest spec and most things seemed like new. The beds were really comfy and we slept well even though on strange beds. It was a lovely warm flat to return home to after long nature walks or wet shopping days. The location was great too for local transport, attractions and walks. Shanklin was a great place to stay for your first time to the Isle of Wight.

Basic cooking equipment provided, which was not a problem for our group but could be limiting for others. The sharp corners on the beds also caused a few bruises when adjusting the blinds. The smaller room was a little cramped too, but I suspect this would have been fine for children but not so much for 2 x adults.

We only wish that it could have been for longer - it was like a home from home.

Location was on the edge of Shanklin, close to the countryside and very quiet. Good views of the coastline to Sandown and Culver Down. Spacious and well equipped. Efficient central heating when you come in from the cold.

Only wish we had stayed for longer

The apartment was exceptional. It was everything advertised and more. It was comfortable, clean and warm. The wifi was very good, it never let us down even when we had 4 devices connected. The location is just a few minutes walk from Shanklin old village and with a bonus of a sea view.

Shanklin delight

Loved everything else, location, cleanliness, facilities.

Only issue was with the TV, didn't watch it much so not a big problem. The sound kept dropping out which made it impossible to watch for any period of time.

Excellent host and accommodation, highly recommend

Excellent communication with the host and very quick to respond to any queries we had. Accommodation was very clean and fully equipped with everything we required. Very comfortable accommodation. We travelled late on a Sunday night and no issues with meeting Adam at the accommodation to collect the keys.

We have no issues, everything was really good.
