The property was very clean, well presented and spacious and has everything you need, great location, close enough to walk to everything locally like shops and seafront

The shower in the en-suite wasn’t great, could do with descaling impossible to get the correct temperature if hot water was being used elsewhere in the property, the mattress in the top bedroom was far too firm for me but that’s just personal preference. Front door was temperamental and at times difficult to unlock, someone less able may be unable to open it.

Location from town centre & had everything we required.

The front grasses etc very overgrown and should be removed because it restricted access. Garage was piled high with rubbish.

Front path is severely overgrown Cords on blinds in bedrooms not secured Mattress & pillow protectors and duvets were badly stained Not enough cutlery/crockery/glassware for a group of 7 to sit for a meal with matching tableware Carpets badly stained Windows / frames dirty (cobwebs on INSIDE!) Garden consists of stones and planters with dead plants No mop / bucket Shower heads need cleaning or replacing Plug in the bath doesn’t fit Ensuite shower and sink are very slow to drain The top of the cold tap is missing in the ensuite No information regarding bin emptying calendar Information contained in the file regarding local eateries is from 2013! Most properties in this price range would have some basic items for guests eg cling film, salt & pepper. Most items were presumably left by previous guests - a pepper pot, a bowl of brown sugar, half packet of out of date coffee and & 3 caddies with left over tea bags which, given the coffee, was best not to touch Electric equipment not PAT tested, good practice Only 1 baking tray Grill pan filthy/no grill rack Big bin in the kitchen filthy with mould under the bin bag Food caddy in the kitchen was filthy (and outside one too) Fan in downstairs toilet so loud it felt as if the whole house was vibrating Several reviews mention a lack of general cleaning throughout the property. However we were not prepared for the level of general dust/cobwebs throughout the property General level of cleaning throughout the property was not up to the standard expected for a holiday home costing this much. On our final clean we discovered a biscuit and some pistachio nuts on the floor under the side table in the kitchen! High chair contained the remains of many meals. There were lots of cobwebs around the and dust on all surfaces, especially in the lounge and kitchen. Lounge smells stale and there is a damp smell coming from the locked garage. The location is very good, just 5 mins walk into Weymouth town and the beach. Car park space out the front, nice big bath.

A lot of the utilities in the kitchen looked a bit old, the furniture around the home was a bit tatty too, a few repairs need to be done to make it good, very small back garden, doors within the home are sprung so they often slam shut. The boiler is difficult to use and the washing machine was quite dirty.

Clean, spacious house, free parking on the driveway. Great location in a quiet area.

A lovely comfortable , well equipped house. It’s in a quiet area but close enough to walk to the town.

It would be useful if in the main bathroom there was a shower screen/curtain across the bath . In the en-suite bathroom it would be useful to have ‘ grab handles’ in the shower cubicle.

Location perfect! Lovely host, very helpful and kind. Views beautiful.

Problem with the heating in the kitchen. All in hand with the host who was lovely.
