About this villa rental
Welcome to CASA CON AMOR.
superbly furnished property put together by two people that have rented top end property's for years . .
We have a three bed two bath property that is set in a quiet residential area. The villa will appeal to a varied range of people from beachgoers, bird watchers, cyclists, walkers, golfers, the list is endless.

What is immediately striking is the beautiful high windows, which provide a wonderful light throughout the villa and especially in the living room, kitchen, dining area.
The living room has ample seating, DVD player, and a TV with over 2000 channels from all over the world. BBC, Sky, ITV etc.
The modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances, fridge freezer, microwave, hob, grill and oven, dish washer, and ample seating for 6 people . The washing machine can be found in the outside utility cupboard.
The master bedroom has plenty of storage space, and is well presented. The bed is a king bed with quality mattress and pillows. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which includes a two shower head system, one of which is a rain shower head.
The second king bedroom is yet again well presented with plenty of storage space. Again the mattress and pillows are very good quality. A safe is also installed in the room .
The twin room is also well presented with plenty of storage and good quality mattresses and pillows. Being at the back of the property, your young ones are safe to play in the courtyard at the rear of the property.
Both twin and second king bedrooms are next door to bathroom 2, which also has a two shower head system, one of which is a rain shower head .
A travel cot is also available.
This property is designed for outdoor life . The front court yard has lockable gates. Plenty of room to relax and the use of the heated* pool .
The most striking feature of this villa is the upstairs solarium. As you can see from the photos, the villa has a very generous solarium, giving maximum room to relax, sunbathe and enjoy more than just the incredible hot tub* . We have built a fantastic summer kitchen, complete with BBQ. Ample room to relax in the evening on the large sofa, knowing there's always a cold drink only a few steps away. The top of the range hot tub can fit 6 and it very quiet to run.
The location is perfect as it is only 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
Locally it is stunning. San Pedro del Pinatar is located between the Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor. A place to enjoy its magnificent natural park called Las Salinas, where you will find cycle-tourist routes, to admire the fabulous fauna and flora, in which flamingos and other migratory birds stand out. Furthermore, you can take the famous mud baths, which are very characteristic of this place. Mar Menor, due to its calmer waters, provides a great place for families.
The villa is within walking distance to ample bars, restaurant's and beach.
As a golfer, the location is perfect. 15 courses within 20 mins drive. Including La Manga.

A lovely villa! Brilliant communication with the owners prior to & throughout the stay. Fabulous rooftop solarium with hot tub. i loved the plunge pool, but it doesn't get much sun & was too cold for my husband! The hot tub more than made up for it! Lots of lovely restaurants near by, some take a bit of finding!

Lovely modern place, Glenn was brilliant from the start. He sent us lots of information regarding the area. Theres a lot of walking to bars and restaurants which we wasnt used to on previous holidays we had but we soon got used to it. There was lots of restaurants spanish speaking which all there food was great. There are also a few English-speaking bars which was also fab. All together a lovely stay.
