Beautifully renovated two-bedroom unit perfectly positioned near beaches and the town center. The east-facing balcony, complete with an outdoor setting and electric BBQ, flows seamlessly from the living area, which features a digital TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze.
The main bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan for added comfort, while the internal laundry offers a washer and dryer for convenience. Garage is temporarily not available offers street parking
Please Note: 'Seacrest Unit 4' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.
Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Loved the Accommodation

The unit was well appointed and the stay was comfortable, however the urine stained mattress in the main bedroom was a big dissapointment (had to go and buy a mattress cover). Missing or torn flyscreens on the bathroom and laundry windows meant we couldn't leave the windows open for the lovely flow through sea breeze as the bugs would come in.
