Super confortável, acolhedor . Estava tudo limpo e o proprietário super atencioso. Tínhamos neve à porta , que foi o melhor para os mudos. De certeza que será uma experiência a repetir

The house was spacious and in a relatively good location for exploring Serra de Estrela. Instructions on how to find and access the property were flawless. The pellet stove worked almost TOO well and we had to often turn it off to keep from overheating the house.

The photos in the listing for this property appear to be years old as they don’t reflect its current state. For the price being charged (~300€/night) this property is terrible. I’d expect to pay ~125€/night for a property like this. While there is WiFi at the property, it almost never actually connected to the internet. The front door has settled so much that it is impossible to lock the deadbolt. The breaker for the kitchen would trip and wouldn’t stay on when we tried to use the stove and oven at the same time, as in prepare a meal. The overall condition of the unit is dirty and in disrepair. It is getting regular wipe down service and surfaces are clean, but the walls are cracked, scuffed and discolored. The floors need a thorough deep clean. Many of the baseboards are coming off the walls. There have been attempts to caulk over black mold in both bathrooms. There is a full complement of dishes and cookware, however they are in very poor condition. Most of the knives are dull. There are two light fixtures that are broken from their bases, leaving electrical wiring exposed. One of those in a bathroom. There are burned out light bulbs in fixtures. We had an ok stay. The mattresses were adequate. Again, for the price paid, not great.
