What a fantastic place to stay! Antonio is a 'Super Host' and was so kind to collect us from the port - he is so easy to correspond with and was always available to answer any questions. Towels and bedding were changed during the stay, and Antonio ensured we had a constant supply of bottled water.
The apartment was really lovely and had ample room for 2 Adults and 2 Teenage daughters. There are 2 beaches close by - one around a 10-minute walk and the other around a 20-minute walk. The nearest supermarket is a short 20-minute walk into town - the views are fantastic with a beautiful sunset every evening. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Forio this is the one.
The Poseidon Thermal Gardens are also only a 20-minute walk away and are well worth a full-day trip. We also enjoyed the Giardini Ravino which again you can walk to - a brilliant garden with a great little restaurant for lunch.

Appartement très bien situé avec une belle vue. À 15 min à pied du centre de Forio et 5 min à pied de la 1re plage. Le propriétaire était à notre disposition si besoin et a été de bon conseil.
Le wifi était un peu capricieux et la climatisation à l’étage n’était pas directement dans les chambres mais sur le palier.

We can definitely say that it was an excellent vacation, and we couldn't come up with any real shortcomings or flaws during our stay about the host Antonio or his house.
About Antonio:
First of all, we want to thank Antonio; he was a really great, soulful, and helpful host. In our opinion, he is a real example of the perfect host, who left only good impressions about himself and Italy. Antonio met us at the port when we arrived and took us to the port on the day of departure (totally free of charge, and Antonio refused to take any tips). He gave us some general tips about good places around (beaches, bars, restaurants, groceries, etc.). He also answered all our questions and was always willing to help (we communicated mostly via Telegram). On our arrival, we had 6 bottles (12 liters) of water and some food (pasta, tea, coffee, canned tomatoes, and snacks), and Antonio brought a new pack of water when needed (about every 4–5 days, if I remember correctly). Also, he proposed that we take his umbrella on the beach, which we used several times. Moreover, Antonio even bought us coffee at the bar near the port and again refused to take any tips.
About the house:
Studying the properties around Forio we think Antonio's house has excellent combination of price and quality. It was a really great, spacious, clean house with everything you need (adapters to wall outlets, iron, 2 air conditioners, all possible kitchenware, kettle, oven, toaster, blender, washing machine, etc. ). We also liked the design and furniture inside the house. We should also mention the great pillows and solid mattress (from our experience, even much more expensive properties often had worse mattresses and on the big bed they had 2 separate mattresses, not 1 solid). Our sleep was great, no any noises at night.
Summary:
Excellent vacation. We really liked everything: Antonio, house, Ischia, Italy, beaches, etc.
There was nothing to complain about, only good impressions.

Very clean the apartment, spacious and intimate terrace, kindly and friendly host Antonio, very helpful, location great, near the most famous beaches from Ischia and within an walking distance of the thermal park Poseidon, the best from the Island.
Good restaurants and supermarket around the property we felt very well there.
Thanks again Antonio for your kindly support.
Everything was great, nothing to complain.
