Casa Vento di Mare is located in a panoramic and quiet area a few steps from the historic center of Forio.
You will be able to admire the splendor of the sea and a wide view of the mountain.
A colorful and modern style. Just renovated and with various comforts that focus on sustainability.
Composed of a large open space with living room and fully equipped kitchen and study corner. Double bedroom, single bedroom, a bathroom with waterfall shower and a service bathroom. The attached outdoor space consists of a paved terrace with sliding pergola and garden.
Very close to beaches, port, bus stop, cafe, ATM, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants etc.
The house is located on top of a small hill, to reach it from the main road there are two alternatives:
Ascent (3min walk)
Stairs (3 min walk)

We (my husband, me and 16 year old son) had a brilliant time at Sea Wind house. It felt like a real home from home with everything we needed in a wonderful location. Clara was very helpful and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property if you are thinking of coming to Forio.

Selena and her Mum, Clara were very communicative and responsive to our needs and requests. The home is beautifully located with a lovely garden and outdoor seating. The views are stunning. The only drawback is the steep walk up to the property. Selena se t a message to take a small taxi but I didn’t see it until we arrived in a large taxi that could not go up the narrow drive. Fortunately the driver helpled to pull the luggage up the hill.

The hostess was very friendly and obviously interested in making us feel comfortable. It was a very nice stay.Due to the parking lots and the partly narrow streets, a scooter is better suited than a car. The village itself it is not far on foot. You can travel the island by public transport well.In the winter half of the year, thermal bathing is only possible to a very limited extent.
