Service war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und mit frischem Zopf ein seltener Hinkucker.

Very clean and friendly welcome when we arrived. There is a locked room for bicyles, which we appreciated a lot. Breakfast was decent. Convenient bus stop in front of the hotel to take you to the center of Biel/Bienne.
We had a room under the roof, which was very warm, and the bed was small (140 at the most).
Also, there is no staff / housekeeping on Sundays. At 10am sharp, the door to your room is locked and if you are late, you cannot access the room anymore. We got back to the room at 10:01 after breakfast and found the door locked, with all our stuff and phones inside. We had a bit of hassle to find someone in the street with a phone to call the hotel emergency number to get access to the room again. At least someone was responding and helped to get us back into the room.
