Everything was just perfect for us. The extremely helpful staff made sure we had connecting rooms as we were travelling with young kids. We made the most of the new kid's corner that the hotel have recently arranged. It was super...for the adults too! Rooms were spacious and orderly and the whole experience of checking in early and leaving left luggage was seamless.

We just stayed 1 night!

The location is awesome with the bus no.2 passing nearby heading to the main watchmakers facilities. The cleanliness is perfect, very good bed and awesome breakfast with everything you'll need.

Checkin and check out can be a little time consuming specially with other co-workers.

A clean and relatively modern room, friendly and helpful staff, a good restaurant with a varied and seasonal menu, a tasty, large breakfast buffet.

The parking situation is needlessly complicated. I chose it specifically because I filtered the Booking.com results for "parking" and this hotel appeared. However, there are no good options on site: either you park at the public parking 5 min down the road which is already inconvenient but then the hotel only reimburses you 27 CHF per 24h stay if I recall correctly, and nothing if you move your car in that time period to go, for example, to the restaurant or if you paid the parking yourself. This is completely absurd - if you say you're a 4 star hotel and you reimburse the cost of parking as the staff did, then do it. Instead, and despite taking a picture of the cost of my stay at the parking meter, I wasn't reimbursed. I don't see why the client should worry about the amount of times he entered the parking or the time he spent in it - it's a needless hassle and frankly makes it seem like the hotel is penny pinching, which is unbecoming in this price category. It's clearly an issue due to the agreement the hotel has with the local parking company; but I would argue it should be their problem, not mine. The second option is to park at the hotel's private parking. It's possible and the staff will kindly put a plastic cone on the spot "reserved" for you, but the spot isn't guaranteed since it's very busy which defeats the purpose of the whole operation. Then, the staff didn't explain how to access the parking - in order to reach it, you have to pass through a road with a large sign indicating cars aren't allowed. A smaller sign mentions local residents can pass, but in the rush hour I didn't see it and ended up circling around the neighbourhood's one-way streets for 40 mins before giving up and ending in the public parking once again. So I take offense at the little "parking" logo displayed on the hotel's Booking page - it's not really honest.
