This freshly renovated 3-storey property consists of a living room, a brand-new and fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a laundry room with a washing machine, and an additional toilet, and can accommodate 6 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a dishwasher. In addition, a private sauna is available on the premises. A baby cot and a high chair are provided.
This villa features a private outdoor area: a pool (which can be heated for a fee), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Guests can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony to round off the carefree vacation days near the sea.

Pros: Peace and quiet & the freedom that comes with a private villa complete with its own pool. The fact that it's close enough to the centre of Cala D'Or to make a walk into town 'easy' was an added bonus.
Cons: Nothing was 'not enjoyable' but the ground floor bedroom would benefit from a full length mirror.
