Beautiful spacious villa, completely renovated in a bright and modern style, for rent in Cala D'or Mallorca. The villa is located in a quiet residential street, just a few minutes' walk from the two sandy beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran and the centre of Cala D'Or with restaurants and shops. Two-storey villa with a bright, modern ambience. The whole house is modern and brightly furnished. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining and kitchen area. Access from the living area to the veranda overlooking the pool. From the kitchen, a sliding door leads to a small veranda with a dining table. On this floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite shower room, the other with 2 single beds and semi-integrated shower room. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a dressing room, a double bed and semi-integrated shower room as well as access to a private terrace. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and an en suite shower room. At the front of the property is the 7 x 4 metre pool with sun terrace. Comfortable furniture under the covered terrace overlooking the pool invites you to enjoy an aperitif. There is a large dining table with a mobile barbecue on the side veranda. 2 cars can be parked on the property Air conditioning is available if required. Please bring your own pool and beach towels.
