Great location close to city, public transport etc. Good to have a small kitchen (although some of the pans were poor). Hotel building needs a refurb but the room itself is good. Would also be good to know about cleaning, rubbish etc up front as it is different to the hotel

Pros :
Excellent location close to restaurants and shops
Well equipped with washing machine
Large enough for a family of 4 for 2 weeks
Cons :
Sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep in
Bathtub was filthy
Poor acoustic isolation from the street
The flat looks larger on the pictures
