Cute and cozy 1/1 with an ocean view and within steps of the ocean. Conveniently located to all major attractions. Walk to shopping, restaurants, Convention Center or take a ride on The Galveston Trolley which picks up out front (seasonal). Minutes from Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schliterbahn, The Grand Opera House, Putt Putt, The Strand, cruise terminal This condo is in the middle of everything! The condo is within walking distance of:
Walmart, Sonic, Texas Pit Stop Bar B Q, Rita's Frozen Custard, McDonald's, Popeye's, Kroger, Landry's, Waffle House, Happy Buddha, Starbucks, Little Caesars, IHOP, Gypsy Joynt, etc. We love our little condo with all the comfort and conveniences of home. Free parking, elevator, laundry room. 2 pools (1 heated) and ice machine on 2nd floor of property. 61st street fishing pier is directly across the street.

Location:
When you turn right into Casa Del Mar off the Seawall, the condo is located on the inside of the building to your left. Take the elevator up at the end of the building in front of the pool.

Guidelines:
Please be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were yours. No more than 6 people in the unit at any time.
1. Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am. You will be charged for early check in and late check out unless previously approved by owner. Do not ask housekeeper to drop off belongings early. All communication needs to go through me.
2. No pets
3. No smoking
4. If myself or my housekeeper is not there for check in, I will give you a code for entry.
5. Do not move furniture inside or out. Balcony chairs stay on the balcony. DO NOT take any chairs or towels over to the beach.
6. Leave beds unmade with sheets on upon leaving. If sleeper sofa is used, please leave sofa bed unfolded.
7. Keep all doors and windows closed at all times.
8. Take out all trash when leaving.

Condominium is right in the middle of everything with a perfect location across the street from the beach. The bedroom has the best bed I have ever slept in, and the bathroom is stocked with wonderful plush towels. Overall, a genuinely nice place to stay that is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Theres nothing i could say that was bad it was perfect , the only thing id change is a little more privacy on the balcony

Kathy was wonderful in communicating with me before and during our stay. She offered great recommendations about where to and not to go, and made our visit a breeze! Nearly everything we could need was within walking distance.
The pools were very nice, the property was very clean, and and the maintenance staff was super friendly! It gave us great peace of mind to see security checking in and monitoring the parking lot regularly. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay.

This condo is extremely small. It’s not suitable for 6 adults. The bunk bed mattresses are slightly bigger than baby crib mattresses. The condo was very clean and conveniently located to all amenities. If I were going with just my wife, I’d stay again.
