Tenerife Villas Online are pleased to offer you this large semi detached 2 bedroom villa with private heated pool and free WIFI. This villa is situated all on one level.
You can enter the villa from the main street (no steps), into a large front private terrace with gardens. Enter the villa into the spacious Lounge/Diner with American style kitchen. The lounge offers which has a 3 seater sofa bed (sleeps 5th & 6th person) and a chair. The large 32inch TV system has British, Spanish, German and Russian TV channels there is also a DVD player. The dining area consists of an expandable table and chairs for 6 guests, then into the Kitchen you will find a fitted kitchen with portable oven, hobb, fridger, mircowave, toaster, iron with board etc plus all the crockery and cooking utensils you would expect to find in a holiday home. Off the entrance hallway you will find Bedroom 1 that has a king size bed and large fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and large fitted wardrobes, both bedrooms have complimenting curtains and bed linen. There is also a large fully tiled shower room with huge walk in shower, basin and WC. Free wifi is also available at the villa.
The private heated pool is a rectangle shape and aprox measures 7 x 3.5 metres and 1.2 metre at shallow end and 1.60 metre at the deep end. You enter this stylish pool by roman steps. This pool is surrounded by a terrace with 4 sunbeds and table and chairs for 4. There is also part sea views. The Front terrace of the villa provides well kept gardens and BBQ for your enjoyment.

This villa is situated in a peaceful residential area of Chayofa. Chayofa is a beautiful and popular area, only 2 km from the busier resorts such as Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas, where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, water parks etc and much more! However within a 5 minute walk from the villa is a local supermarket, 2 or 3 bars/restaurants and a tennis club. Also 1 km from Chayofa is the small town of La Camilla where you will find larger supermarkets and typical Canarian bars and restaurants. There is also a taxi rank and a bus stop nearby the villa which has a regular bus service into the other busier resorts.

The property is in a residential area and was very peaceful and being with a private pool was great to relax in after being out for the day. The owner/host was so cheery and helpful we felt at home and would very quickly recommend

The villa was great and the area was great plenty to do with in easy reach .Fernando and his wife were great very helpful we would definitely go again and would stay at this villa.

Very out dated villa really needs a upgrade no oven just a 2 ring hob no dishwasher shared washing machine with owner but you can only use 1 time in 7 days furniture very old and uncomfortable. outside area needs upgrading looks old and grubby . Was told by the son we could check out at 2pm due to flight time father shouted from his upstairs we have to leave ASAP due to other guests coming absolutely fuming. Area has 2 bars and a tennis club with bar all shut around 10.30pm the biggest problem is the hill back to the villa we are not old or unfit but about killed us so definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. We felt the price we paid compared to other villas we have stayed in is so expensive for what you get so will not return or recommend.
