This spacious apartment is ideal for enjoying time with the family; it also features a communal pool, located 250 m from the villa, and the nearest beach is 5 km away.
The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and peaceful—perfect for families looking to relax. There are several restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and a small supermarket 8 minutes away.
The largest shopping center in the area, called SIAM MALL—where you’ll find a hypermarket, restaurants, and all kinds of shops—is 5 km away.
From the apartment, you can reach a zoo in 4 minutes by car (1.5 km), and a tennis and padel club is just a 10-minute walk (650 m) away.
In one hour by car (44 km), you can reach the “Pico del Teide” volcano, and Tenerife South Airport is a 21-minute drive (18 km) from Chayofa.
It is recommended to have a car, although there is an easy taxi service available, and a bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the property.
High chairs and cribs for children are available upon request at no additional cost.
Parties are not permitted, as the apartment is located in a residential area; guests are asked to respect the neighbors' quiet hours.
According to local authorities, all guests must provide their identification information to the owner.
Guests not included in the reservation are prohibited from staying.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate removal of guests and the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by Carmen Maria Flores Peñate, the owner's daughter, who will assist you during your stay and provide all the information you need.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Carmen, the pictures in the listing don't do it justice. It's much larger and more spacious. It would be ideal for a family stay. The pool is off-site, a 5 minute walk but couldn't be faulted; very clean with no chemical smell.

We had a lovely stay at Carmens apartment, she was a lovely host.
The apartment was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, which is always a bonus!
The outside space wasn’t quite as big as we were expecting but was fine for just the two of us, it was nice to sit and have breakfast in the sun in the morning,
Good location with it being a few minutes drive from Siam Mall, which has a great supermarket and a good selection of shops. Car is definitely required.
