About this apartment rental
The 3 *** apartment No. 7 (as well as No. 5 and No. 13) is comfortable, qualified for allergy sufferers and equipped with WiFi connection. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (adjustable slatted frames and back-friendly comfort mattresses), bathroom with window and living room with a modern kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, etc.), from which you can access the sunny balcony. In the living room there is a double sofa bed with a full mattress, internet access via W-LAN, DVD player and cable TV. 1 car parking space, 1 bicycle garage, 1 lawn and playground equipment are at the house. E-bikes can be charged electrically overnight in our lockable bike garage. Shops are nearby (slippers), 1 bus stop to the Ostland or The port is at the house in Hindenburgstrasse. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are in the common cellar. The final cleaning is € 50. Bed linen and towels are available for a small rental fee. Borkum is an island with a deep sea climate, which offers many sports and leisure activities, such as horse riding, surfing, beach sailing, kiting, swimming and splashing in the leisure pool, children's play house, concerts and the like. Klein aber fein. ruhig und in guter Lage

Saubere, gepflegte, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Alles Erforderliche vorhanden. Der kleine Supermarkt stört nicht. Balkon befindet sich ab nachmittags auf der Sonnenseite. Hier sollte der Sonnenschirm durch ein neues Modell ersetzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, von Frischhaltefolie bis Spülmaschinentabs alles ist da, sogar ein Eierkocher :-) Auf dem Balkon stören etwas die losen Platten welche wackeln und bei Nässe sehr glatt werden können. Ebenfalls etwas nervig die regelmäßigen Anlieferungen/Abfahrten jeden morgen zwischen 9:00 und 10:00 Uhr (unsere Frühstückszeit) des Metzgers und Lebensmittelgeschäftes und Getränkegrosshandels gegenüber mit laufendem Motor und Nachbargäste die den Balkon überwiegend nur zum Rauchen nutzen. Borkum ist nur in bestimmten Bereichen mit dem Auto befahrbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer der "Hauptverkehrsstrassen" auf der die Autonutzung erlaubt ist und dieses merkt man tatsächlich auch. Wir können die gute Erreichbarkeit zum Strand und den Fahrradschuppen als positiv verzeichnen. Leider war das aufgeführte Eisfach im Kühlschrank nicht vorhanden( wurde aber bereits aktualisiert) und das Fenster im Bad hatte jemand vergessen einzubauen ;-) Hier ging von der Lüftung die sehr früh sich einschaltete häufig ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch aus.
Positiv: Wir hatten eine Fähre früher bekommen und konnten unsere Taschen um 12:00 Uhr im Hausflur abstellen, welche die Reinigungskraft in die Wohnung nahm ( bei Anreise ohne Auto nur mit dem Rad) Fazit: schöne Insel, wir würden uns beim nächsten mal aber eher eine etwas ruhigere Ecke aussuchen.
