A comfortable North Sea vacation with a sunny balcony on Borkum!
Sun, beach, and fresh North Sea air—all included when you book our cozy “Vacation Apartment 12” on Borkum, located near the beach. With a spacious living room, a separate bedroom, and a sunny balcony, it’s ideal for a vacation with up to four people. Just a few minutes’ walk or bike ride, and you’re at the promenade and the Nordbad!
Vacation time is relaxation time: The bright living room is furnished with a couch, two comfortable recliners, a modern TV, and a hi-fi system—a cozy place to gather after a bike ride or a day at the beach to watch movies or listen to music together.
You can also relax wonderfully on the sunny balcony while enjoying the soothing North Sea breeze. Basking in the sun or reading a good book in one of the comfortable garden chairs is a wonderful vacation experience!
To make self-catering enjoyable during your vacation on Borkum, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern kitchen—including a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, a refrigerator with three freezer drawers, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, hand mixer, and toaster. A Senseo capsule machine and a milk frother add a special touch to your enjoyment.
The sofa in the living room can be quickly and easily converted into a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) for two additional guests. The spacious closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe.
In the well-maintained bathroom, you can refresh yourself with a soothing shower after a day at the beach.
The floors are covered with easy-to-maintain vinyl. Additional comforts include free Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a bike rack.
For our younger guests, a crib, a high chair, and outlet covers are provided as standard amenities.

The “Strandhus” is in a wonderful location—close to the beach and centrally located! It’s a 4-minute walk to the North Beach and a 10-minute walk to the promenade. The center of Borkum is also right near the house, and you can easily walk to the island railway station. On the walk to the beach, you’ll find a bike rental shop.
Surfing, sailing, beach sports, picturesque landscapes perfect for biking, and a charming town center—all of this awaits you on the beautiful island of Borkum!
Numerous events, such as comedy shows, concerts, and children’s activities, will make your vacation an unforgettable experience! As do excursions to the North Sea Aquarium and the North Sea Climbing Park.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel.
