Comfortable vacation rental with a sunny balcony!
Ahoy and come on in to our lovely vacation rental on Borkum! You’ll be able to enjoy wonderful days on the island in these spacious, bright rooms. Ideal for a relaxing vacation for up to 4 people.
A cozy living room, two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen in the hallway area, a spacious bathroom with an XXL shower, and a sunny balcony await you. Thoughtfully chosen accessories and nautical paintings throughout the vacation rental create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
To unwind after a walk on the beach, the living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area (sofa, armchair, sleeper sofa) as well as a TV, radio, and CD player. Here, you can relax and watch a good movie, curl up with a book, or listen to music. The large south-facing windows flood the room with natural light. From here, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of Kirchstraße. You’ll also find a variety of board games in the living room cabinet for relaxing game nights on the island.
You can also relax to your heart’s content on the vacation apartment’s sunny balcony! Thanks to its south-facing orientation, it offers sunshine almost all day long. From comfortable reclining folding chairs, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the new lighthouse.
The kitchen is fully equipped for convenient self-catering during your Borkum vacation—including a 4-burner stove, an oven, and various small appliances. You’ll find a large extendable dining table by the window in the living area.
The vacation rental features one large and one smaller separate bedroom, both facing the quiet northeast side. Each is furnished with a double bed consisting of two single mattresses (90 x 200 cm and 80 x 200 cm, respectively, with height-adjustable head and foot sections). Two additional sleeping options are provided by the comfortable fold-out sofa bed in the living room.
This is a ground-floor apartment with a separate exterior entrance.

General Information: Free Wi-Fi is available. The floors are covered with wood-look designer flooring. A hair dryer in the bathroom is provided, as are a clothes drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, a crib, and a high chair. You can wash your laundry in the coin-operated washing machine in the building’s communal basement. A clothes dryer is also available there for all guests of the building. There is a parking space in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked in the inner courtyard at the back of the house. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property.

“Haus Oberlin,” located at the corner of Kirchstraße and Norderreihe, is in a central yet quiet location very close to the beach and is highly appreciated by our guests. Just a 5-minute walk and you’re at Borkum’s main beach!
Its proximity to the island train station, grocery stores, restaurants, and boutiques ensures you’ll have the perfect vacation.
The Lange Fenne, a vast expanse of meadows and pastures, begins right behind the house. Here, among horse pastures and water ditches, you can set out on long walks or bike rides.
