Sea view, 4 to 6 people seen sea 150 m from the beach

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Lovely location, up a long a drive way, at the end. Makes it extremely private. Layout of the house is ideal - focus on outside dining and entertaining around / next too the pool. Very sociable layout. Each bedroom (two upstairs) had their own ensuite bathroom. There was a separate cottage on the ground floor overlooking the pool which we didn’t use but had.lovely views over the pool. Had a few a few things to do at the villa - darts / table tennis but we chose mostly to swim in the evening. Sebastian also arranged a boat tour for us which we enjoyed. Location was close enough to Krabi town as it wasn’t a far drive. Local beach was within walking distance (few minutes away) but better when tide in high other wise it’s very shallow. Villa had everything we needed to cook and there was also a BBQ, there are two neighbourhood cats that’s popped in from time to time which was lovely ! Villa is idea for larger families or a group of friends !

We came here for a few days for a retreat and it was a great house for it. Plenty of meeting spaces inside and outside. There is construction across the street for a new hotel hindering beach access but there were a few cute restaurants about a 10 minute walk away that also had beach access.

The house was amazing, very private with an amazing pool! Sebastian was extremely helpful setting us up with a boat captain and pointing us in the right direction for all our needs! I would recommend this property for anyone who likes their privacy, but with quick access to beaches and restaurants. Thank You Sebastion.

Our stay was a family with 13-88 year olds. The guest house and pool made the villa feel huge and offered a very comfortable, very beautiful seaside vacation. The area is quiet, avoiding the backpacker party scene of Phuket but enjoying the best of the islands and ocean. Also because we had an 88 y.o. we wanted to minimize covid exposure at a typical resort. This home was perfect. We could get to Ao Nang and enjoy night markets, restaurants & shopping in just a few minutes. Krabi was about 30 minutes away and worth the trip! There's a cute night market with great food stalls & entertainment on the weekend. I wish I had had more time to explore the coastal villages north of the villa as well. There are several beaches and resorts that we didn't have time to get to. The area is a rural town with beach. You can walk to the beach -- maybe a kilometer or so. There are coffee shops and restaurant at the beach and we took booked a long tail boat for a beautiful day trip to the Hong Island's that left from the beach. When the sand and tides were right, there were tide pools south of the beach. We did not have time to see a quarter of all the things we could have done in the area. However, the villa was so inviting and comfortable that we really ejoyed just hanging out at home. The hosts added a plunge pool this summer. It is the only thing that could have made the even home better. It the mornings, we would walk to the beach, see the tidepools, have coffee or guava with chili salt. Then we would walk home, playing with the shy grass and cool off in the pool before going on an excursion in the afternoon. The house is a gem. The high ceilings have fans and the whole front of the house opens up with big sliding doors. The upper rooms have solor screens and tinted windows and the interior stairwell works as a chimney for hot air so you can open up the front of the house and turn the ceiling fans and open up the doors and windows upstairs and the hot air will be pulled up and out keeping the family space below deliciious - esp. with dips in the pool. We loved sitting on the veranda and watching the geckos and bats eat bugs while the ocean breezes cooled us off. We could hear the free range cows lowing and the kids like finding coconuts, bananas and guppies in the water lily containers. The host had a driver meet us at the airport and the driver took us all over during our stay. He had great recommendations for activities and restaurants and was so nice.
