I recommend to stay there if someone want to come snowdonia,,

Neat and clean , own private parking , you can enjoy out side the property, nice location near the property. Like 20min drive from the property.

For shower, water was very slow ,

The location was exactly as requested. Ideal parking right outside the property. Host was contactable and left key in the door for my arrival.

It was 11c on arrival. The heating was on and it was only heated to 13c overnight. A thin duvet only was provided and both my young children were unable to sleep. So we left a night early. There was a bag of dog faeces left on a chair on the patio and the tea towel provided was filthy.

The location was absolutely stunning — surrounded by peaceful countryside and just a short drive to Snowdonia National Park. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings after exploring the nearby trails. The hosts were warm and welcoming, providing great local recommendations and making check-in super easy. It was the perfect base for hiking, sightseeing, and enjoying the natural beauty of North Wales. We’d definitely love to return and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone planning a getaway in Snowdonia!

Cheap and cheerful 😀

This property is located well with plenty of outdoor space to park. It was clean with fresh linens and well stocked with plates cupboards cutlery pans etc, but all well used. It’s certainly not new and clearly had a lot of footfall but for the price and location you get your moneys worth. It sleeps 6 easily although we only used it for 4 was perfect for our start of half term with this kids. The main bedroom was carpeted and the kids room was laminate meaning it was easy to clean up any mess they made. Host left keys and advised for an easy arrival and exit. Bin bags and washing up liquid and a few body washes supplied, but other than that bring everything you need. All appliances are in working order apart from the washing machine, or if it was I couldn’t figure out how to use it. 🙈.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like it just could have been slightly better cared for. But the price reflects the quality :) could have been stocked with a few more mugs etc , 2 of some things in a property rental for up to 6 really should have at least one each but for us we made it work.

Loved it!

Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a self catering stay, although we only used the kettle!! Lovely quiet location, separate from the on-site pub. We were there midweek, so I can't say what it is like at weekends.

Nothing to dislike really. As old people, we would have liked more comfortable outside seating. But there were chairs and a picnic bench.

Nothing at all — there was absolutely nothing to like about this accommodation.

The place was terrible. Rooms were dirty, unhygienic, and smelly. The shower was broken, and we couldn’t use it until the entire unit was replaced the next day. They refused early check-in and even demanded £30 for just 34 minutes late checkout. Customer service was non-existent, and the property was full of big spiders. Overall, this completely ruined our holiday mood. Honestly, Premier Inn or any budget hotel would have been much cheaper, cleaner, and far more comfortable.

No communication before arrival including details of where to collect keys. Very basic accommodation with a strong smell of damp throughout. Needs a degree of TLC both inside and outside.

The double bed was quite small. Furthermore everything was quite basic. Just enough to make the stay comfortable enough but that's it.

Almost a great place to stay

staff were friendly and helpful, the location was lovely, the cottage was spacious. I feel bad not giving the place a better score, but it could have been great with a bit more attention to detail.

The cottage wasn't particularly well equipped - no bedside lights in the twin room, no teatowels, dish cloth, oven gloves, short of toilet rolls for a 3 night stay. The kitchen area felt grubby and the floor needed a wipe down.

Ok for a stopover, you'll sleep well

Quiet rural setting, set well back from road. Sofas and beds comfortable. Impressive TV setup. Well supplied with kitchen stuff. Hot water always available. On site bar great.

Heating didn't work. So radiators and thermostat pointless and place got cold after dark. Couldn't dry towels. Had to fix the bathroom door handle which had been kindly left on the floor. Lots of grubby corners, tired or damaged decor.

Property was clean but needs some TLC

Location and Cleanliness

Property was poorly equipped, not enough glasses for example. Door handle to toilet wasn't attached correctly and fell off, rear garden overgrown and not serviceable, willow tress blocked the satellite dish rendering the TV unusable (until we figured out what was happening) and main property gardens were a dumping ground for broken white goods. It's a shame that the details let this property down when clearly the was effort to keep clean. Sadly the hotel didn't seem interested in providing food or breakfast so we used the pub down the road Y Bedroll for evening meals (which was excellent) and cooked our own breakfast.

3 bed bungalow

We booked the 3 bed, the bungalow was luvly and comfortable, but could not connect to any WiFi and no hairdryer as stated.

Staff not very helpful ,hotel near the bungalow was never open for any queries, we spotted a man outside the bar who worked there and asked for WiFi code he told me and walked back into the bar and shut the door behind him which I thought was very rood, the code he gave me didn't work either. He also said their cook had gone home ill so don't expect to come for dinner as they had nothing?? If your just going to stay in the bungalows and go out every day its luvly but if your relying on the hotel also then give it a miss. The room we had had a ajoining door into next doors 2 bed bungalow which I thought was a bit strange, it had a lock on but didn't feel comfortable atall with that and was told not to open because we would be in next door and presumably next door would have been told the same it was only a turn lock like you have on a bathroom door no key, either side could open.

Wouldn’t stay there again

Location

The fact that the cooker was covered in grease. The oven pan hat fat in the bottom of it. That there were crumbs all over the work surface. That there were hairs in the bathroom basin. There was no kitchen bin liner That I couldn’t lick the back door properly That there was rubbish blowing around outside

very spacious. parking available right outside. pub on site (unfortunately not serving food during the week) we were able to take our dog.

kitchen was very dated and needs a lot of TLC. bathrooms also could do with a face lift. bedrooms were nice but not very clean. (dirty floors)

Kitchen and apartment well equipped. Good mattresses. Large rooms. In-suite toilet and bathroom. Acceptable driving distance from Snowdon and Anglesey.

We needed to go through the children's room to reach ours. In our room, noise from the neighbours entrance. The gas boiler was in our bedroom and was noisy. A bit far away from Conwy. The name and pictures suggest a cosy lodgement but the environment is a large parking with little charm. A bit expensive
