Everything, from staff, to facilities and espescially food. The locations was also amazing! Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that was not perfect was the bed and kissen, which was not very comfortable for me.

This hotel has the most beautiful reception area I’ve ever seen. And the furniture in the Lounge Bar was super comfy. We could always find two sunbeds even when we came later during the day. The massage at the spa was sooo relaxing and welcoming. We played tennis twice, renting the gear was super easy. The room was spacious and clean, with beds and pillows more comfy than my own at home. We loved the green garden and trees surrounding the hotel. The stairwalk to the beach below the cliffs had gorgeous views.

If I have to name 1 tiny thing: the shower temperature was quite unstable during our stay. You had to step away from the stream every 2 min because of the super hot water coming through, before returning back to normal.

Everything was perfect.

The only area I was disappointed with was the service in the Brassiere restaurant when we went for dinner.

Incredible facilities (e.g. pools, spa, lobby, rooms) and location (walking distance from the stunning Falésia beach)

Our stay started in the day 1 of the new hotel. There was a lot of contradicting information (access to Flor do Sal restaurant, etc) as the staff didn’t seem to be properly informed my the management. The food was generally not good, there was no description of the food in the buffets (sometimes I didn’t know what I was eating). During breakfast there was only one person making scrambled eggs and omelettes, meaning that most of the time there were no scrambled eggs.
