Great facilities, beautiful resort. 2 bedroom apartment is really spacious and well stocked.

We found that the staff across many of the departments did not have any knowledge nor would they take accountability outside of their specific department. And one simple question would have you asking multiple people who just passed you on to someone else to ask. The hotel would relaly benefit from more rounded customer service training across the different departments.

Loved everything (maybe a bit pricey…? 😄)

The entire resort was beautiful. The three bedroom air conditioned apartment we had was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want and so much selection. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were serviced daily with the floors cleaned daily. The transport shuttle buses around the resort were very useful especially after going out to one of the many restaurants at night. The Japanese and the Italian restaurants had very good food.

Calls to reception were slow to get through. The waiting time to get a booked Shuttle bus was sometimes long so order well in advance. I personally felt that in some of the restaurants the food was just ok and did not always offer value for the prices charged. My adult children would have liked designated family/children and adult areas especially at breakfast time and at the pools.
